<description>Nicely said. Based from my experience as a seller, the one&#039;s that already bought my products are the one that always buy them again, After that they will bring their friends, family members and co-workers to try my product too. It is just like a chain reaction.

<description>I just wanted you to know that you just write in  way that  you tell me in a way that feels more like story time than information overload. In the land of infinite information, you have become a filter for things that matter. Keep up the good work.

		<description>Great thoughts Roland!

I think keeping in touch with your customers is a win/win situation. The relationships bring referrals, repeat customers, a more human feel to your business and it makes happy clients. I think Safeway has a system set up when you buy something with your Safeway card, your name is given to the cashier so they can use your name in order to be more personal. This also reinforces that a your name sounds awesome when you hear it from another person!:)

Also keeping in touch with your customers shows where your business&#039;s priorities are at. Do you just want to collect the bill or are you interested in the person as well? That&#039;s the question that&#039;s answered with this type of action:)

Great post!

Cheers
